About this trip

There's a film that found us. Not just entertained us — found us. It arrived when we needed to believe in magic, in the power of women standing together, in the idea that our weirdness was actually our gift. Practical Magic gave us sisters, aunts, midnight margaritas, and a reminder that love; messy, stubborn, heartbreaking and impossible love — is always worth the risk.

Now we're going back.

The Practical Magic 2 Premiere Retreat is a four-day, three-night immersive gathering at Jenne Farm in Coupeville, Washington. Coupeville was a real filming location from the 1998 film nestled on the shores of Whidbey Island. This isn't a fan convention. It's something more intimate than that. It's a space to feel everything the film made you feel. The longing, the laughter, and the belonging to share with women who get it completely.

We'll watch the film together under the stars at an iconic Drive-In, with Midnight Margaritas. We'll make brooms, candles and brew intentions. We'll sit at a long table and eat like the aunts always insisted we should. We'll pull tarot cards, drink tea and connect with the nature around us. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, we'll remember what the movie always told us: that magic isn't something you have to find. It's something you are.

This retreat is for the women who watched Sally and Gillian and recognized themselves. For the ones who still feel something when they hear “Crystal” by Stevie Nicks. For the ones who are ready to stop apologizing for being too much and start celebrating their whole selves.

Four days. Three nights. One very enchanted farm. Come as you are - the aunts are expecting you.

About your organizer

Community has always been what holds me together. As someone who has navigated the weight of a full life - demanding career, single parenthood, the constant pull of doing and achieving , I know firsthand how rarely we give ourselves permission to simply be.

When I moved to Whidbey Island, I felt something I hadn't expected: a resounding sigh of relief. The island slowed me down and brought me back to myself, and I've spent the years since learning how to create that feeling intentionally through ritual, creative work, and gathering women together in spaces that feel genuinely safe and a little magical.

My purpose as a host is simple; to create a space where you can put the weight of life down, remember who you are, and find others to support and celebrate you. Every retreat I design is built around that intention. My goal is that you leave with a renewed sense of self, new friendships that feel like they were always meant to be, and magic you can carry back into your everyday life.
